Preserving Summer


When summer ends, so does the supply of fresh local fruit all across the country. One way to make it last through the winter is by canning, which involves a bit of work now for a lot of reward later. Justin and Lisa are taking canning to the next level after buying 800 pounds of fruit online. The question is: Can they can everything fast enough before it all goes bad?
