Sure, you've tried spinach salad before, but have you tried spinach salad à la Randy Hawes?
6 servings
For salad
Spinach leaves for salad for 6
2 handfuls candied walnuts (toasted with honey)
2 sliced apples (stop oxidization with apple vinegar)
Crumbled bacon
For dressing
Apple cider vinegar
Hazelnut oil
Tarragon, chopped
1. Toss together salad ingredients.
2. In a small container, combine 2 parts apple cider vinegar to 1 part hazelnut oil. Add tarragon to taste. Shake, then dress salad.
